I had the pleasure of working with Charmain and this has been one of the best decisions of my life which she has help shape through her professionalism, coaching, and guidance. I am a better person because of her coaching and not where I use to be in life. I have made major improvements in life socially, emotionally, and business wise. Having Dan as a coach was a blessing and came at a crucial time in my career. I just turned 30 years old and needed mentorship. I felt stuck in my career path and had a difficult time deciding next steps. Dan helped me identify my wants, values and needs, which in turn made me realize parts of my life that inspired me. This then allowed me to explore and prototype different projects and areas of interest at work. This new value first approach allowed me to stop thinking of what others view as a successfully career, but instead made me focus on a well fulfilled life. I was then able to stop putting so much pressure on myself and started to become more confident in my decisions. Dan has a great ability to make you feel comfortable. He is a great listener and helps you look at different perspectives, allowing you to make your own choices. At the same time, he is good at making you accountable. His coaching helped me make new relationships, introduced me to crossways leadership and become a better listener. After working with Dan, I was more balanced and centered than ever before. I highly recommend his coaching services, especially for those in early to mid-stages of their career.

Jordan helped me as I was applying to law school. He gave me prudent advice as I was writing my essays, and was honest when I had bad ideas. With his help I got into the law school of my choice, BYU, with a competitive scholarship. I continued following his advice throughout my 1L and landed a job at K&E. Jordan gets how the whole law school and legal market system works. He's a darn good guy to work with while you're trying to figure out how it works too.
