Connor is an exceptional mentor and friend, and has been my main source of support and knowledge during my journey into tech over the past few years. He always shows genuine excitement to help me with my ideas (for my career, life, a project of mine) and he reaches out with new ones when I'm struggling. Connor provides a positive yet realistic perspective on problems, and I consistently rely on his ability to break down technical topics that I know little about.

PA Joshi was an incredible teacher when I shadowed her this past year. An addition to observing procedures, she explained the medicine behind each case and allowed me to understand regardless of my limits of knowledge. She created a safe environment in which I could ask any questions for my own understanding. PA Joshi is extremely talented and this is most definitely reflected in her work ethic and approach with patients. Her approach to teach alongside has stuck with me post shadowing with her. I was able to retain the information in a much simpler fashion and this allowed me to understand her approach to diagnosis while helping a patient. I truly consider to be grateful to be able to shadow and observe under her and would do it again if the opportunity arises.

Melanie has been tremendous in helping me understand how executive decisions get made, and how to work through complex decisions to get the best outcome. Her deep experience across software engineering, program management, and medical device development are unusual in coaching, and mean that you can talk with her about industry-specific issues without abstraction.
