Kandice was part of a team we hired to do a Leadership Development program in our company. As part of evaluation the program, I attended as a participant. Whether in my role as a client or participant, I thoroughly enjoyed working with Candice. Her coaching abilities shone through in her interactions with our participants. And her abilities to facilitate as part of a group setting was spot on. I really valued having her as a facilitator and coach for our teams.

I had to opportunity to work with Amanda on a previous consulting project where she provide great coaching and mentorship to me as an analyst. She provided a encouraging and safe environment for me to explore and practice my skills, particularly in supporting me to find working styles that suit my neurodivergence. Amanda also provided key learning moments for me during that project as I shadowed her when engaging difficult stakeholders and overcoming miscommunication. Overall, I really enjoyed collaborating with Amanda and she embodied an encouraging and thoughtful coach throughout our engagements together.

During my dental school application process, I encountered numerous challenges and setbacks. However, with the invaluable guidance of Dr. Cheryline Pezzullo, I was able to overcome these obstacles and successfully secure admission to New York University College of Dentistry (NYUCD). Despite having an average GPA of 2.5 from my bachelor’s degree and a low DAT score, Dr. Pezzullo provided me with the necessary support and mentorship to enhance my application and increase my chances of admission to dental school. Her unwavering dedication and expertise played a pivotal role in my journey, and I am eternally grateful for her guidance.
