I highly recommend Justin as a mentor for investment banking (TMT) and private credit. He guided me through both paths and made a real difference! I had tried other coaches before, but Justin is the most authentic and effective. His advice is practical, honest, and tailored to you. English is not my native language, but he helped me improve my communication and master the technicals, which allowed me to perform well and succeed in interviews. I strongly recommend working with him.

I met Ines through the Speak Dreams mentorship program in 2020, at a time when I was going through a difficult phase in my life. I was selected to be part of this project focused on both personal and professional development, and being in the program truly made a difference for me. While preparing my medical school application for the 2025-2026 cycle, I reached out to several coaches and advisors online. I hired multiple writing services to find my preferred choice and, after careful consideration, I chose to continue with Dr. Khan. Her attention to detail, the time she takes to understand your background, and her years of experience distinguish her advising. She was also very consistent with her response throughout the cycle, which made the process much less stressful. What stood out to me the most was her ability to make sure that I fully addressed each prompt in the best possible way, using my strongest characteristics while highlighting the most relevant parts of my story.
