I have had an amazing experience with Danae. She helped me apply to five schools and I ended up going to Wharton. What stood out most of all was how supportive of me and my goals she was and that she was always available to discuss things.

Chichi is the reason I applied to and was admitted to business school. Between advising on school options, GRE prep, and every facet of the application process, no individual in my life was more invaluable to my successful MBA journey. Chris helped me find extra curricular activities in my areas of interest and also helped during high school course selection in order to best prepare me for college. He is very passionate about education, and I've witnessed his strong coaching skills with not only myself but others around me. CHICHI : MY MBA JOURNEY Chichi's guidance was instrumental throughout my entire MBA application process, from initial planning to interview success and ultimately, my acceptance with scholarships. During the first phase, we had a session which Chichi termed “a chat” and all she did was ask me questions, listen, and simultaneously draw up an “MBA checklist” as she termed it. The “MBA checklist” gave me a roadmap of the entire MBA application journey at a glance, including timelines and other details. The session was my first encounter with someone regarding my MBA journey; setting me at ease. The questions spanned across my career journey, goals, expectations from business school, a list of schools I would love to apply to and why. Application Resume : Following this session, Chichi returned with a transformed copy of my resume that aligned with MBA standards, highlighted key details about my achievements, including things I had casually mentioned during our first session. I would like to say that my resume has never looked that good! She even went beyond, suggesting additional schools that perfectly aligned with my post-MBA goals. Recommendations : Chichi drafted outstanding introductory letters, reminding my recommenders of key details and my motivations for pursuing an MBA. One recommender even remarked on the letter's quality and how it jogged their memory about specific moments in our working relationship. Essay writing: the most impactful advice I got during my essay process was from Chichi - “Journal as much as possible. Every idea, every memory is valuable. The story will make sense eventually." Chichi unearthed the most amazing stories from all of my essays, I would love to describe it as seeing broader, seeing closer and seeing everything! Her guidance and editing skills brought everything to life. Interview : I applied to the top 8/10 MBA programs and got interview invites to 6 out of 8. During interview prep, Chichi emphasized authenticity: "Speak naturally, tell your story passionately. The admissions committee has read your application and wants to hear your story in your own voice." This advice resonated deeply, and I believe it contributed immensely to my success. She requested feedback from every interview and refined my approach for the next - I got better by a mile for each subsequent one! Navigating the Waitlist: Even after a successful interview at one school, I found myself on the waitlist. Chichi, ever resourceful, began strategizing how to navigate this hurdle. Thankfully, I received an offer from another top choice before needing to implement that strategy. Success Story : As an international Nigerian applicant, I landed two full rides! Paul is wonderful at helping others and explaining things in a manner that is easy to comprehend. I went to college with Paul and I saw him tutor/help so many students during that time. He is easy to approach and his passion for helping others shines through in his work. He would make a great coach because he works hard, makes time for others, and is very patient when teaching.
