Iris read over my resume and each of my MBA essays to provide constructive feedback. Her comments were excellent and substantially improved the quality of my essays and application narrative. She pushed me to tie parts of my story together that I had not realized could be connected, called out parts of my narrative that were extraneous and parts that would benefit from greater detail, and was never afraid to tell me when my materials were not up to par or when she found a component compelling. Iris and I also met in-person and had highly useful conversations on how I could best present myself in my application. She is thoughtful, intelligent, kind, and very knowledgeable about the MBA application process. Thanks to her help, I will be attending HBS this fall.
