Retain Focus

September 2017 - January 2023

As a program manager and business operations lead at Micro Focus, I contributed significantly to accelerating our product adoption, driving sales growth, and enabling operational efficiencies across the IT Operations Management (ITOM) organization. Managing a complex $10M+ budget, I streamlined everything from travel approval and reconciliation to vendor purchase orders and job requisitions. I also built new processes to give our team visibility into customer health tracking and risk management improvements. My operational reporting dashboards on metrics like customer migrations, customer success reporting, and monthly go-lives were critical to the ITOM organization. My cross-functional initiatives were pivotal for evolving our customer base and empowering sales teams. In just two years, I drove 50%+ growth in our SMAX installed base, leading campaigns that converted over 100 SM users to SMAX and secured over 60 SMAX SaaS customers. The Deal Assist Program supported $153M in closed ITOM business. Additionally, my "Flash-Free" Program leadership successfully got 660+ customers through their critical upgrades. The programs I led represented creative solutions for our most pressing issues. I built an online go-live tracker facilitating over 500 customer production go-lives. I managed the complex wind-down of our legacy ITSM SaaS product, seamlessly transitioning over 30 customers to the new SaaS platform. Through new collaboration technologies and centralizing request and risk management tools, I enabled ITOM to scale efficiently as our offerings and community grew. My passion was introducing automation and analytics innovations that enabled the organization to work more efficiently and effectively.
