Faisal was an incredible consultant to work with during my MBA application journey. I did not know where to begin, how to identify the right school fit for my career goals, and objectively consider the weak areas of my application. Faisal provided a structured approach from the moment we started working together. He clearly talked me through an achievable timeline to submit a strong application to the schools of my choice. In addition, he provided objective feedback on the areas of weakness within my application— to address these, he provided the resources, whether that meant working with a tutor to obtain a higher test score, or challenging my post-MBA short and long-term career goals to ensure my essays were compelling to the admissions committee. While the MBA journey was filled with a rollercoaster of emotions, I received interviews at two of my dream schools and ultimately was admitted to one of them. I can confidently say that I have a clear path on how to approach the MBA program and obtain my short-term career goal. This clarity and focus came from the many conversations Faisal and I had together over the course of the application process. Junaid is honest and transparent with you about your shortcomings and your strengths. It is a very valuable trait to have when working with a coach - he is thoroughly fair and not fake. Pranay helped me with my application essays for graduate school and helped me get admitted to my top choice program and university! Since I come from a STEM background, writing hasn't always been my strong suit. My main essay started off sounding like a read-out of my resume. Pranay thoroughly reviewed it, giving several thoughtful and kindly phrased comments regarding the content, intent, grammar, and advice on what the admissions team was most likely evaluating the response on. I appreciated that Pranay didn't re-write my essays for me - he empowered me and guided me to do it myself, which ultimately helped me improve my storytelling and writing skills overall.

Chris was an incredible resource for a family with on one child who never worked through the college application process. Navigating the college application process, essays, and college choice was very strenuous. With Chris's help our son was able to author essays that represented who he is, and what values he believes in.
