Jacob has been an awesome sounding board for thinking through a career transition into UX Design. I've had a lot of challenges breaking into the industry coming from a non-traditional background, but Jacob helped me cut through the noise by refining my portfolio, resume, and approach to networking with and reaching out to hiring managers.
