Saxon was super helpful in helping me strategize and prep for the MBA process- we went through study sessions where he was able to provide his first hand experience at navigating interviews with the top programs in the nation. Josh took the time to learn about my previous experience and what my career goals and aspirations are. He then offered recommendations on how to enhance the professional representation of myself on Linkedin and in my resume. He was able to open up my eyes with skills that were transferrable to other industries so I was able to get out of daily operations. Sean was my manager for a number of years, followed by him being a mentor/coach for a many years afterwards. This path is quite common, as many of Sean's former employees have sought his mentorship throughout their careers. Sean has a genuine interest in helping others grow and advance their careers, and bring out their best. Personally, Sean specifically has helped me better understand what I have to offer, and to actively pursue new challenges/roles with confidence.
