Jenni and I met through the MIT course on Theory U and the Adaptive Leadership program at the Harvard Kennedy School. In addition to being an incredibly warm, loving, and kind person, I was deeply impressed by her skill in facilitating both individual and group work as a coach. She helped me at various points to gain a profound understanding of different aspects of my personal and professional journey, offering viewpoints and perspectives I hadn’t considered before.
