I know Gauraang to be curious, focussed and articulate - eager to help and candid with his opinions. I share his disdain for expensive consultants, who apart from sharing conflicting advice, are quick to discourage you (perhaps as a means to foster dependancy on themselves). A weekly/monthly accountability system places greater emphasis on process over outcomes.
