I have spent a lot of time around consulting recruiting — as a candidate, a business school peer coach, and through years of informal case prep and recruiting support. Across that time, I have worked through hundreds of practice cases and have seen how candidates improve when they get direct, specific feedback rather than generic advice. My focus is on helping candidates get better at the things that actually matter in live interviews: structuring ambiguous problems, doing clean math under pressure, communicating clearly, synthesizing the answer, and showing practical business judgment.
