Hello and welcome to my profile! With a robust background as an Engagement Manager and Senior Implementation Coach at McKinsey & Company, I bring firsthand experience in leading transformations and enhancing operational efficiency. My journey from the United States Marine Corps to earning an MBA from UCLA Anderson has equipped me with unique leadership and strategic skills. I've successfully coached five individuals, helping them navigate the competitive landscape of management consulting. Whether you're looking to master case interviews or refine your application strategy, I'm here to guide you every step of the way. Let's connect and chart your path to success in consulting!

I recently broke into MBB from a non-target university, becoming the first woman from my university to receive a Bain ACI offer, while also securing interviews with McKinsey and other top-tier firms. I know the recruiting process inside and out — from networking, resumes, and cover letters to case and behavioral interviews. I bring an approachable, peer-to-peer coaching style, backed by practical case and behavioral worksheets, prep trackers, and other resources. Because I just went through recruiting myself, I offer fresh, firsthand insight into what firms are looking for in 2026, all at a more accessible price point than a current or former MBB consultant.

As a former Senior Associate Consultant at Bain & Company, I bring extensive experience in management consulting, having led key projects and managed junior members across various industries. I have helped conduct first-round interviews for Bain's AC and ACI program, co-led recruitment programming, and helped dozens of candidates land roles at Bain and other MBB / Top 5 firms. Regardless of where you are in your career journey, I'm here to support you every step of the way!
