I’m a former McKinsey Engagement Manager and Chicago Booth MBA with extensive experience helping candidates break into consulting. At McKinsey, I was formally interview-trained, served as an on-campus recruiting representative, helped candidates prepare for interviews, and participated in hiring discussions where interview performance was evaluated and hiring decisions were made. Separately, I’ve conducted 100+ mock interviews and coached dozens of candidates who ultimately received offers from McKinsey, BCG, Bain and other leading consulting firms. I’m particularly good at helping candidates who understand the basics of casing but need to make the jump from “pretty good” to interview-ready: sharper structuring, better hypotheses, cleaner synthesis, stronger executive communication and more actionable PEI stories.
