Work with Indiana
About
I’m a current undergraduate who began pursuing management consulting from a non-target university with ZERO prior experience — and ultimately became the first woman from my school to receive a Bain Associate Consultant Intern offer. I know how daunting consulting recruiting can feel when you don’t come from a traditionally represented background: whether you’re a non-target or low-income student, a woman, LGBTQ+, BIPOC, neurodivergent, disabled, or simply starting from zero. I want undergraduate students to know that there is a place for them in this industry and that the perspectives that make them different can actually be their greatest strengths.
Indiana’s Management Consulting Qualifications
Experience level: Intern
I recently broke into MBB from a non-target university, becoming the first woman from my university to receive a Bain ACI offer, while also securing interviews with McKinsey and other top-tier firms. I know the recruiting process inside and out — from networking, resumes, and cover letters to case and behavioral interviews. I bring an approachable, peer-to-peer coaching style, backed by practical case and behavioral worksheets, prep trackers, and other resources. Because I just went through recruiting myself, I offer fresh, firsthand insight into what firms are looking for in 2026, all at a more accessible price point than a current or former MBB consultant.

Why do I coach?
When I began recruiting, I wish I’d had someone in my corner offering down-to-earth, ask-me-anything, “big sister” advice. Mentorship — especially from women and LGBTQ+ professionals — was truly instrumental to my success, and coaching is my way of passing that support along. My approach to case and behavioral prep is conversational, peer-to-peer, and completely judgment-free. We’ll practice in a fun, low-pressure environment where you can ask questions, make mistakes, and improve. I’ll give it to you straight, but always with care. Whether you’re just learning what consulting is or preparing for a final round, I’m here to provide constructive feedback, build your confidence, and help your strengths shine.
