Most consulting coaches took the standard route — target school into campus recruiting, or an MBA into MBB. I didn't. I studied engineering at Harvard, then spent 4 years at a PE-backed govtech company running sales and marketing before taking over the product and software engineering teams. I broke into BCG as an experienced hire, without an MBA, and made Project Leader. If you're making that jump from industry and can't figure out how to make your operating experience sound like consulting experience, that's the exact problem I had to solve for myself. I also sat on the interviewer side for 20+ live case interviews at BCG. That's what shapes how I coach — I know what's actually being scored, where interviewers check out, and which good-sounding answers quietly miss the bar. Most prep teaches you to perform a case. Coming from an advertising sales background, I had never seen a case-style interview before. I learned how to case from scratch and cater my approach to the unique traits each firm was looking for. As a coach, I do not take a one-size-fits-all approach - I customize what we focus on based on your strengths and weaknesses and the specific firms you're targeting. As a second-year MBA student at UChicago Booth, I case-prep first-year students from all different kinds of backgrounds and have helped them secure MBB offers. This past summer, I was an MBA summer consultant at BCG in NYC, working on the consumer team. I secured a full-time return offer and will return to BCG upon graduation.

At Deloitte, I helped launch and scale a new Strategy & Analytics practice, leading the first pilot and helping grow it into an eight-figure business. I worked across commercial strategy, government and public sector, AI and data strategy, and internal innovation roles. I was selected for Deloitte’s Graduate School Assistance Program (GSAP) and completed my MBA at the Stanford Graduate School of Business. I successfully recruited at Bain and McKinsey (as well as other non-MBB firms), and spent several years in consulting in Bain's New York office. There, I reviewed resumes as part of Bain's Associate Consultant recruiting process and have six years of experience coaching candidates (through the initial preparation, resume review, case interview, and decision-making processes). I've run hundreds of mock case interviews, and I pride myself on providing detailed, actionable feedback.
