As a current Bain consultant with experience in the San Francisco and New York offices, I’ve had the opportunity to learn what top consulting firms value in candidates. I've coached dozens of candidates through case interviews as a Career Prep coach during undergrad, helping with case frameworks, behavioral prep, etc. Drawing from my own journey as a first-generation professional, I'm particularly passionate about making consulting recruitment accessible to all backgrounds through focused mentorship. At Bain, I've built expertise across corporate strategy and private equity, leading projects in GenAI strategy for healthcare and consumer goods companies, as well as conducting due diligence and post-acquisition strategy work across healthcare IT, industrials, and software sectors. This diverse experience allows me to help candidates understand both the recruiting process and the day-to-day realities of consulting work.
