With nearly four years at McKinsey & Company, where I advanced from Business Analyst to Engagement Manager, I know firsthand what it takes to break into and thrive in management consulting. I've led high-stakes engagements across semiconductor manufacturing, defense, and global electronics, delivering results like 55% throughput increases and $20M+ profit improvements for Fortune 500 clients. On Campus at the University of Illinois I had served as a Project Director at the Illinois Consulting Group, where I've been staffed on projects spanning every major industry, and I've spent the last few years mentoring dozens of students trying to break into tech and consulting. I graduated from the University of Oxford and spent over 4 years at McKinsey, working across 8 countries and 9 industries, on engagements as diverse as gold mining in Papua New Guinea to pricing chemicals in Germany. During this time, I developed my consulting and coaching toolkit, being ranked in the top quartile of firm consultants for 5 consecutive evaluations. I also had the opportunity to act as faculty at McKinsey new joiner trainings and coach junior colleagues.
