Hi, I’m Annika Friesen, an ICF-certified coach, entrepreneur, and former Bain consultant. I bring a unique perspective as both a post-MBA and industry hire. I began my career at KPMG in audit, gained industry experience, and later joined Bain in an MBA hiring batch after working in education one year post MBA. I started at Deloitte, then moved to Kearney as an Associate, where I served as Chief of Staff to the North America Talent Strategy team and co-authored published firm thought leadership.
