Build Anything Series · Event 04 · Free · Live
Trip planning is one of the highest-leverage uses of AI agents — research-heavy, multi-source, taste-dependent, and personal. By the end of this hour, you'll have a full day-by-day trip plan in Notion, built live with Claude Cowork and Claude Code working together.
What we'll build live:
- Research the destination — flights, lodging, neighborhoods, must-see versus skip, all pulled and synthesized
- Day-by-day Notion plan — schedule, transit time, restaurant reservations, activities, with notes you can update on the road
- Restaurants, activities, packing — all synced — auto-generated packing list per climate, restaurant booking workflow, contingency plans for weather/closures
Who it's for:
- People traveling soon (or about to plan something)
- Anyone who's wasted a Saturday building a Google Doc itinerary
- Couples and families who want one shared, owned source of truth
Not a fit if:
- You enjoy 47 browser tabs and screenshots of yelp reviews
- You want a travel agent — this is DIY with AI doing the heavy lifting
We'll cover where Claude Cowork is great (research, synthesis, drafting), where Claude Code is better (programmatic schedule generation, calendar sync, packing lists), and how to combine them. I'll use a real upcoming trip as the working example.
