Not all self-doubt is irrational, and not all barriers are internal. In this short session, we differentiate between internalized impostor narratives and legitimate structural challenges. We examine why impostor feelings persist even among highly competent leaders, how organizational context reinforces them, and how to build internal authority without gaslighting yourself about the realities of power, bias, and access.
