About Zubin
I co-founded and served as COO of LeagueSide, which we grew to eight figures in revenue while remaining profitable before selling the company to TeamSnap. Along the way, I helped raise approximately $4 million, built a team of 40, and led across product, strategy, hiring, finance, operations, and go-to-market. I now help first-time founders whose companies have traction but still feel held together with duct tape and heroic effort. Whether you are trying to clarify priorities, improve your product or go-to-market strategy, raise capital, build a stronger team, or move from doing everything yourself to leading through others, I can help you diagnose what is actually holding the company back and decide what to do next.
Why do I coach?
After exiting LeagueSide, I took time to think about where I could make the biggest impact and what kind of work I found most fulfilling. I kept coming back to helping founders and emerging leaders through the messy parts of building a company. At LeagueSide, I was most energized by developing people and helping them work through difficult decisions. I believe people are usually more capable and resourceful than they realize. Often, they need someone who can ask the right questions, help them frame the problem clearly, and work through the trade-offs in the context of their own values. After more than a decade building, operating, investing in, and advising companies, I now have the opportunity to help others navigate many of the same challenges I faced. I find it deeply rewarding to help someone understand what is really going on and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

I co-founded WinGrin Ventures to invest in, build, and work alongside founder-led businesses. We partner with early-stage startups and profitable companies on strategy, product, go-to-market, positioning, pricing, financial planning, operations, and organizational design. My work includes evaluating opportunities, pressure-testing business models, building operating plans, and coaching founders through difficult decisions, leadership challenges, and the transition from doing everything themselves to growing through a team. That is enough. I would remove the paragraph about building your own products unless the products have meaningful public traction. It is interesting, but it does less to close coaching clients than the partner and founder work.

Co-founded LeagueSide, a sponsorship marketplace connecting national brands including Allstate, Comcast, Uber, Visa, and Chipotle with more than 20,000 youth sports organizations. Helped grow the business to eight-figure ARR, nearly doubling revenue for four consecutive years while remaining profitable. Raised approximately $4 million, built a team of 40, and helped provide 12 million children with greater access to youth sports. As COO, I led across product, product marketing, fundraising, hiring, finance, operations, and company-building. LeagueSide was acquired by TeamSnap in 2022. I would remove the combined-network metric here. It is credible, but your own metrics are already stronger and easier to understand.
