About Victor
I am a founder, product leader, and startup builder with more than 15 years of experience turning complex business challenges into practical technology solutions. At PwC, I led digital transformation, automation, AI, and emerging technology initiatives, managed multidisciplinary teams, and helped deliver more than 200 automations. Today, I co-lead ventures across AI, financial services, blockchain, and social impact, giving me hands-on experience taking ideas from strategy and validation through product development and market launch. I have coached more than 60 builders in AI and Crypto and help founders, operators, and professionals turn promising ideas into focused, useful products. My approach combines strategy, hands-on execution, responsible AI, and practical experimentation. Why do I coach?
I coach because I know how difficult it can be to turn an ambitious idea into concrete progress when technology is moving faster than the playbook. Throughout my career, mentors and collaborators helped me recognize blind spots, ask better questions, and build the confidence to act. I want to offer others that same clarity and encouragement. My goal is not to give clients generic answers. It is to help them think critically, test assumptions, make sound decisions, and leave every session with practical next steps they can execute. Seeing someone move from uncertainty to a working product, a stronger strategy, or renewed confidence is deeply rewarding to me.
