Why do I coach?

My professional journey has been shaped by my mentors at work, who gave me free, selfless advice to fuel a super-growth early career. I recognize not everyone is lucky to enough to have those though. I was also lucky to have a Dad who was a pure genius and coached me through my undergrad and MBA college applications, and got me admits to Berkeley, UCLA, Claremont McKenna, Williams College, Warwick, London Business School and INSEAD. He made sure I had a personalized experience and genuinely made applying to colleges a fun, stress-free activity. He is the reason I could fulfil my educational dreams. I want to provide the same experience to others and keep their spirits up when they aim high. I use my learnings from my Dad and my professional mentors, to democratize access to ethical, honest and detail-oriented coaching. I am also professionally trained in MBA admissions consulting, and have been an alumni interview for London Business School. I have helped multiple friends and family for free, and found the experience way too fulfilling and rewarding to limit myself to just my acquaintances. So here I am, sharing the wisdom of my coaches with anyone and everyone who needs it!

Coaching MBA applicants from Canada, Dubai, Europe and India, with admits to LBS, INSEAD, Oxford Said, IESE, Imperial, etc. I coach them by taking learnings from my own application experience, frameworks from successful applicants, personalised strategies to fit specific client profiles and by keeping upto date with the evolving admissions landscape. Each applicant is super special to me and I consider each acceptance a personal win.

I've been working in go-to-market (GTM) strategy and operations at LinkedIn, managing the UK, EMEA/LATAM and APAC high growth markets. I specialise in financial planning, target setting, large scale sales transformations and sales forecasting. I've been managing $150M+ portfolios for the last 4 years.
