Package Description:

Comprehensive Product Management Course Package: Initial Consultation & Mentorship Goals: This package aims to equip young professionals with the skills and knowledge they need to break into product management careers successfully. The first of 8 1x1 sessions that will be offered includes an initial consultation, where the mentee can receive initial personalized advice and feedback on their current career journey and their 1,3,5 year goals. Product Management Fundamentals Learning Material: This material will cover key concepts of product management, including defining a product strategy, creating product roadmaps, the product development lifecycle, market & user research, UI/UX principles, conducting metrics & analysis, agile development methodologies, & industry soft skills. This material is essential to review prior to product interviews or walking into your first day in your new PM role. Technical PM Learning Material: This material is a successor of the above curriculum, but contains a deeper dive into the technical skill stack that is required of Product Managers in the industry. Basic understandings of technology, API, coding, and software development lifecycle will be part of the program to bridge the gap between management and engineering teams. Resume & Cover Letter Reviews: Two coaching sessions will be provided to review and perfect resume and cover letter documents to surpass natural language processing software, pushing candidates further along the application process. First session will be an initial consultation to start CV documents or review existing. During this session, feedback will be provided to implement and review over the second session. LinkedIn Review: Two coaching sessions reviewing LinkedIn content & structure will be provided in a similar cadence as the reviews above. First session can be used as a "start fresh" approach and review existing content. Mentee will receive feedback to iterate upon for second review session. Behavioral & Product Case Interview Preparation: The package will also provide tips and practice materials for product management interviews, including how to answer common questions and guidance on case study interviews. Networking Opportunities: Participants will be introduced to other product managers and professionals in the industry, aiding in their career growth through networking.
