I'm an architect turned entrepreneur and the Founder & CEO of Zenoya, where I'm building software for architecture and design firms. Over the past decade, I've built venture-backed startups, raised institutional funding, studied at Harvard GSD and the University of Michigan, and experienced firsthand what it takes to go from designer to founder. Today, through Vaishnavi More & Co., I work with ambitious founders—especially those building in architecture, design, AI, and the built environment. Whether you're validating an idea, building your first product, refining your go-to-market strategy, preparing to raise capital, or navigating the realities of startup life, I'm happy to share practical lessons from my own journey. Why do I coach?
My greatest achievement has been proving to myself that architects can build companies—not just buildings. I've built multiple startups, raised venture capital, studied at Harvard and the University of Michigan, and continued building through both successes and setbacks. Those experiences have shaped how I think about entrepreneurship, leadership, and creating impact beyond traditional architectural practice. Today, my focus is on helping more architects and designers realize that they can become founders, innovators, and leaders while building companies that create lasting value.

Education

Harvard Graduate School of Design
Masters in Design Studies with Technology concentration, Architecture, Architecture, Design and Technology
2018 - 2020
Master in Design Studies (MDes) in Technology at the Harvard Graduate School of Design, where I explored the intersection of architecture, emerging technologies, AI, computation, and entrepreneurship. My work focused on how technology can reshape the built environment, design practice, and the future of cities through interdisciplinary collaboration with designers, engineers, technologists, and entrepreneurs.

University of Michigan - Ann Arbor
M.Arch II, Architecture
2016 - 2018
My time at the University of Michigan was transformative both academically and personally. I was selected as a featured student during the university's Bicentennial celebrations, maintained strong academic performance throughout the program, and explored emerging technologies through robotics, computational design, and digital fabrication. The interdisciplinary environment challenged me to think beyond traditional architecture, collaborate across fields, and develop a research-driven approach to design. My experience at Michigan laid the foundation for my later work at Harvard GSD and ultimately shaped my path into technology and entrepreneurship.
