About Vaishnavi
Vaishnavi More is one of a new generation of architects redefining what an architecture career can become. She believes architects are capable of building far more than buildings. A Harvard GSD graduate, entrepreneur, and Founder & CEO of the venture-backed AI company Zenoya, she has built companies, raised venture funding, and developed products used by more than 100,000 professionals. Her journey has taken her from architecture school in India to the University of Michigan, Harvard Graduate School of Design, Harvard Innovation Labs, and Silicon Valley. Today, Vaishnavi works with ambitious students, professionals, and founders who want to build careers beyond conventional practice. Whether it's earning admission to the world's top universities, navigating career transitions, or launching technology companies, she combines firsthand experience with strategic mentorship to help others achieve what once felt impossible.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I know how overwhelming career decisions can feel when there isn't a clear roadmap. Every major turning point in my life—from applying to graduate school abroad, to leaving a traditional career path, to becoming a founder—was shaped by conversations with people who challenged me to think bigger. Not everyone has access to those mentors, and I want to change that. I don't believe architects should feel limited by conventional career paths. Whether you're trying to get into your dream school, pivot into technology, start a business, or simply figure out what's next, I want our conversations to leave you with more clarity, confidence, and a concrete plan forward. My goal isn't to tell you what to do—it's to help you discover what's possible and give you the strategy to make it happen.
