I bring a combination of institutional finance experience, teaching ability, and real-world operating judgment that is uncommon in MBA coaching. My background spans structured finance and capital markets at Wells Fargo Securities, distressed investing at Lone Star Funds, multifamily development at Trammell Crow Company, and affordable housing and community investment at Trust Neighborhoods. Across those roles, I have worked on more than $40 billion of transactions involving real estate, credit, securitization, and complex capital structures. Beyond technical experience, I understand how to communicate difficult concepts clearly and practically. I currently teach financial modeling and valuation through Training The Street and will serve as an adjunct instructor at UNC Kenan-Flagler. I have trained students, analysts, associates, and senior professionals on topics ranging from real estate underwriting to capital markets and strategic decision-making. My coaching style is thoughtful, direct, and highly individualized. I focus not only on helping candidates strengthen their applications, but also on helping them articulate a coherent story about who they are, how they think, and where they want to go. Strong MBA applications are not built on prestige alone. They are built on clarity, self-awareness, and the ability to connect experience to future impact. I hold degrees from UNC Chapel Hill and Stanford Graduate School of Business, and I am currently completing an Executive MPA at the London School of Economics.
