About Tony

I'm a Chicago Booth alumni and current Bain & Company consultant (based in NYC) with a passion for continuous improvement and energized by working with driven people. I’m proud to have helped people in my network put together MBA applications that have landed them at schools like Wharton, Booth, Tuck, and Columbia. How I got here is a bit of a winding path: I went from the pre-medicine path in undergrad (bachelor's in biomedical engineering) to a management rotational program at an industrial e-commerce firm. After spending three years learning about different business areas and developing my management acumen, I followed my fascination with consumer products to join Casper Sleep as an early operations hire. As the Chief of Staff to the Head of Global Operations, I helped launch products, drive our digital priorities, and reduce costs. Working with so many functional areas excited me, and I knew I needed to bolster my business knowledge through an MBA. As a coach, I bring a methodical, candid, and fresh perspective to the application process. I love working with folks from diverse backgrounds, especially non-traditional ones, to articulate your story in a way that's authentic, clear, and sure to stand out in the application review process. I can also serve as a partner as you think through how business school fits into your professional and personal journey. As someone who conducted over 40 admissions interviews for the full-time MBA program at Booth, including JD/MBAs and the deferred admissions program, I can provide detailed insights on how to shine in the interview.
