Package Description:
We start by auditing how you actually work: where your time goes, what's manual, what's repetitive, and what decisions you're making that a system could make for you. Then we build it. This isn't a course. You don't watch videos or read slides. We work together in live sessions, and you walk away with real automations running in your real workflow. Session 1: Workflow Audit (1 hour) We map your weekly workflow end to end. I identify the 5 highest-leverage spots where AI can save you time, reduce errors, or eliminate tasks entirely. You'll see exactly where your hours are going and what we can reclaim. Sessions 2-3: Build Sprint (2 hours) We build your top 3 automations live. These are tailored to your tools and workflow: inbox triage, meeting prep, client follow-ups, weekly reporting, data extraction, or whatever your biggest pain points are. You'll watch the build process and learn the thinking behind each system. Session 4: Refinement (1 hour) We test what's working, fix what's not, and add one more automation. This is where we tune the systems to match how you actually use them after a week of real usage. Session 5: Handoff (1 hour) I document everything, walk you through maintaining and extending your systems, and give you templates to build your own automations going forward. You leave self-sufficient, not dependent on me.

Coaching delivered via live sessions.
Live 1-on-1 sessions over video call. I share my screen, build in real time, and explain every decision so you learn the craft, not just the output. Between sessions, you test your new systems in your real workflow and come back with feedback so we can refine. I work fast, keep things practical, and don't waste time on theory you won't use. Every session ends with something working.
Cancellation Policy: Sessions canceled with less than 12 hours notice will be charged in full. Rescheduling with 12+ hours notice is always welcome. Session Prep: To make the most of our time, I'll send a short intake form before Session 1. Please complete it at least 24 hours before our first call so I can come prepared. Between Sessions: You'll have async access to me via Leland messaging for quick questions between sessions. This is for clarifications and troubleshooting, not additional build work. Deliverable Timeline: All automations, documentation, and templates are delivered by the end of Session 5. I don't guarantee ongoing maintenance after the package is complete, but I'm happy to discuss a follow-up engagement if needed. Tools and Accounts: You're responsible for any third-party tool subscriptions required for your automations (e.g., Zapier, Make, ChatGPT Plus, Claude Pro). I'll recommend the most cost-effective stack for your needs. Refund Policy: No refunds after Session 1 has been completed. If the engagement isn't a good fit after Session 1, I'll refund the remaining unused hours (sans one additional session). Intellectual Property: Everything I build for you is yours. You own all automations, templates, and documentation delivered in this package. That said, I am free to leverage the learnings in my own work.
