Five 1:1 coaching sessions to use however you need - career pivots, interview prep, ESG role strategy, navigating organizational dynamics, or leadership development. Bring your real challenges; we work through them together. Each session is guided by your priorities: there's no fixed curriculum. Common focus areas include: • Career positioning and personal brand for ESG roles • Breaking into sustainability from another field • Interview preparation and salary negotiation • Navigating in-house vs. consulting career paths • Building influence and visibility within your organization • Understanding how sustainability teams are structured and how to move up within them • Processing burnout and reconnecting to purpose Between sessions, I'm available for async support via message for quick questions, document reviews (resume, cover letter, LinkedIn), or gut-checks on decisions you're working through.

Sessions are held over Zoom, 60 minutes each, scheduled at a cadence that works for you (typically every 1–2 weeks). Every session, you have full control over the direction while I provide a safe and supportive environment. My approach is deeply rooted in our values: client-driven, science-based, socially just, and confidential. I don't give generic advice. Every session is built around your specific situation, and I'll push you to think more clearly and act more strategically. Expect honest feedback, not just validation. You'll leave each session with something concrete: a decision made, a document improved, a narrative sharpened, or a clear next action.
Sessions expire 12 months from the date of purchase. No refunds once the package is purchased but unused sessions may be transferred to a friend or family member - please connect with me to coordinate logistics.

I've co-authored a white paper with Google on plastics circularity, published a technical paper in the Oxford Academic Journal on the economic evaluation of CO₂ derived materials, and was interviewed as a thought leader for one of Canada’s grocery industry magazines. My experience includes consulting on high-visibility work with Google, Nestlé, Loblaw, Spin Master, Gildan Activewear, XPRIZE Foundation, and more. Educated as an engineer and trained in coaching & facilitation, I've spent 10 years working in strategy consulting and corporate sustainability, spending >100 hours in executive leadership and Board rooms, facilitating discussions and decisions on corporate strategies for multinational companies.
