About Thomas

I began my career in finance and gradually found my way to strategy consulting, where I discovered how much I enjoy helping people and organizations find clarity in complex situations. After several years at Bain & Company leading strategy projects across sectors and regions, I decided to pursue my MBA at Oxford to deepen my global perspective and explore how I could make a broader impact. Throughout that journey, I have coached colleagues, friends, and mentees through MBA applications and career transitions. I have seen how much confidence and direction people gain when their story finally clicks. That is what I love about coaching - helping someone uncover their unique experiences and turn them into a compelling, authentic narrative. Now, as an Oxford MBA and former Bain Project Leader, I aim to share the same structured, candid, and encouraging guidance that helped me and many others succeed.
