Attending a UN Human Rights Council session to give written and oral statements. Drafting critical international legal work related to climate change, climate change tipping points, and geopolitical consequences, and helping prepare climate litigation strategies and legal papers.

Curated tour of the galleries for 4th, 5th, and 6th graders that showcased Native American women leaders. Designed and ran a cart program centered around the museum’s overlooked modern art room. Aided in planning and development for current and future Family & Youth Experiences programs

Researched and prepared reports on issues such as prison reform and cybersecurity. Drafted letters to companies the D.A. wished to alert about their use in criminal activity, such as Venmo and Apple Pay.

Assisted with legislative research projects and research for committee hearings Summarized bills for Committee hearings. Attended meetings between tribal leaders and government agencies and prepared briefings. Drafted bipartisan press advisories and press releases for distribution. Performed general office duties such as writing memos, answering phones, and drafting correspondence

Adult Education Intern

International Rescue Committee

November 2022 - April 2023

Enrolled 50+ students in English as a Second Language (ESL) classes with the IRC or outside organizations and advocated for clients’ needs with external education service providers. Served as primary point of contact for 75+ clients interested in ESL classes and maintained internal client databases. Taught Cultural Orientation courses for 60+ newly arrived refugees.
