Enrolled 50+ students in English as a Second Language (ESL) classes with the IRC or outside organizations and advocated for clients’ needs with external education service providers. Served as primary point of contact for 75+ clients interested in ESL classes and maintained internal client databases. Taught Cultural Orientation courses for 60+ newly arrived refugees.
