About Teddy

I’m an early-stage tech operator and former consultant passionate about helping others pivot careers, choose the right MBA program, and craft standout applications. After graduating, I joined Deloitte’s Human Capital practice in D.C. and NYC, where I advised large companies and government agencies on organizational design, culture, and talent development. Before business school, I helped launch Deloitte’s Future of Work practice. I earned my MBA at Michigan Ross to transition into early-stage tech. I interned at Alpaca Ventures (a Seed/Series A marketplace VC) and BrightHire (an HR Tech startup). After my MBA, I joined BrightHire as the first PMM, leading their Account-Based Marketing Program and Sales Development team. Today, I’m the chief of staff at Moonhub, a company that is building an AI agent to transform recruiting.
