Why do I coach?
Someone I look up to once said, “There are two ways to learn: through counsel or through consequence.” I’ve too often learned through consequence, and that experience drives me to be the mentor I once needed. When I began my MBA applications and later arrived on campus, I didn’t have strong mentors to guide me. I had to figure out much of it on my own—what worked, what didn’t, and what I would do differently if I could start over. Those lessons, though hard-won, gave me valuable insight that I now use to help others avoid the same struggles. You don’t have to do it alone. I’ll help you navigate the process with confidence, clarity, and a strategy that fits your goals.
