This six-hour program is designed for actors and Film & TV professionals who want to build, clarify, or reposition their career strategy. The package includes four 90-minute private coaching sessions: • Session 1 — Career Assessment and Direction We examine your experience, current position, strengths, obstacles, professional materials, network, and goals. We then define the direction and priorities that make the most sense for you. • Session 2 — Positioning and Professional Materials We work on how you present yourself and your experience. Depending on your needs, this may include your résumé, professional profile, personal pitch, applications, or communication with industry contacts. • Session 3 — Opportunities and Networking Strategy We identify relevant opportunities, relationships, and ways to approach the industry more effectively. We can also address auditions, interviews, freelance work, on-set expectations, and compensation conversations where relevant. • Session 4 — Implementation and Long-Term Plan We review your progress, adjust the strategy, address remaining obstacles, and create a structured plan for the following three months. Between sessions, you can contact me through Leland messaging for focused questions and feedback related to the work we are doing.

We will work together through four 90-minute live sessions. Each session builds on the previous one, moving from assessment and positioning to opportunities, execution, and long-term direction. Between sessions, you will implement specific actions and can contact me through Leland messaging for focused questions and feedback. The process is adapted to your experience, objectives, and current stage of your career.
This package includes four 90-minute live sessions. Any materials you would like me to review should be shared through Leland at least 48 hours before the relevant session. Between-session questions related to your career strategy are welcome through Leland messaging, and I will normally respond within two business days. Sessions must be scheduled within Leland’s package expiration period. Career outcomes depend on many factors, and the package does not guarantee auditions, representation, employment, or a specific role.

Actor Career Strategy for Those Starting With No Industry Connections
French actor based between Paris and Los Angeles, with 15 years of experience across film, television and international markets, including France, the UK (Ted Lasso), the US, India and Japan. I have worked across different cultures, industries and production environments, and I understand how important positioning, image, materials and strategy are for actors trying to move forward professionally. Today, with the internet, you can start from almost anywhere. I know this because I started alone, from a small town in the French mountains, with no industry connections, no family support in the business, and no clear roadmap. Over the years, I have informally helped around 50 young actors and actresses improve their headshots, showreels, casting profiles, agent outreach and overall positioning. Some later signed with agencies or managers, others clarified their direction and made better choices for their own path. I do not promise shortcuts, representation or guaranteed roles. Nobody has a crystal ball in this industry. What I offer is a direct, honest and practical review of where you stand, what may be holding you back, and how to move closer to your real potential.
