This career accelerator is designed for actors and Film & TV professionals who already have some experience and want to move forward with more clarity and direction. The package includes two 90-minute private coaching sessions: • Session 1 — Career Audit and Immediate PrioritiesWe look at where you are now, your experience, professional materials, network, current challenges, and short-term goals. We identify what may be slowing you down and decide which next steps deserve your attention first. • Personalized Career Action PlanAfter our first session, you will receive a strategy tailored to your situation. Depending on your needs, this may cover your professional positioning, résumé or profile, networking strategy, audition or interview preparation, freelance opportunities, on-set expectations, and compensation conversations. • Session 2 — Strategy Refinement and Execution We review what you have done, address any obstacles, adjust the strategy where needed, and define the actions you can continue implementing independently. • Between-Session Support You can contact me through Leland messaging between sessions for questions, clarification, and feedback related to your action plan. The objective is to help you make better career decisions, present yourself more effectively, and leave with a clear direction for your next steps.

Coaching delivered via live sessions.
We will work together through two 90-minute live sessions. The first session focuses on understanding your current position, defining your objective, and identifying the actions that can make the greatest difference. Between sessions, you will begin implementing the plan and can contact me through Leland messaging for focused questions. During the second session, we review your progress, address obstacles, and refine the strategy so you leave knowing exactly what to do next.
This package includes two 90-minute live sessions. Any materials you would like me to review should be shared through Leland at least 48 hours before the relevant session. Between-session questions related to your action plan are welcome through Leland messaging, and I will normally respond within two business days. Sessions must be scheduled within Leland’s package expiration period. Career outcomes depend on many factors, and the package does not guarantee auditions, representation, employment, or a specific role.

Actor Career Strategy for Emerging Film & TV Actors
I am an international actor known for my work on Ted Lasso, with 16 years of experience across Europe, the US and Asia. I help emerging and intermediate actors build a clearer career strategy and present themselves more professionally in Film & TV. My coaching is not a traditional acting class. It is focused on career positioning, headshots, showreels, self-tapes, casting profiles, agent and manager outreach, and understanding what may be weakening or strengthening an actor’s profile. Over the years, I have advised many actors privately on how to improve their materials, avoid amateur mistakes, clarify their positioning and approach the industry with more confidence and structure.
