About Stanley

Hi Lelanders, My name is Stanley Rodos. I work in private equity and recently launched Crate Capital, an investment firm that buys, builds, and operates small businesses for the long-term. My path to private equity has been a long and windy one that has involved working in management consulting (Monitor) and investment banking (Evercore), starting and growing a small business, and earning an MBA (Kellogg). Along the way I have met great mentors and friends and learned important lessons about leadership, business, and myself. Now I am in a place in my life where I would love to give back and help provide the same level of mentorship to others that I benefited from. I'm passionate about helping others reach their full potential and whether its breaking into private equity, nailing that IB interview, getting into your dream school, or simply reviewing your resume, I would love the opportunity to hear your story and help you reach yours.
