This package is delivered through six hours of live 1:1 video coaching, typically spread across multiple sessions over several weeks. This allows us to revisit important decisions as your product evolves, incorporate customer feedback, and adjust strategy based on what you’re learning in the market. Before we begin, I’ll review any materials you’d like to share, including your product overview, customer interviews, MVP, pitch deck, roadmap, or business model. This ensures our sessions focus on the highest-impact opportunities. Each session is interactive and tailored to your startup’s stage and objectives rather than following a generic startup curriculum. Between sessions, you’ll have limited messaging access for follow-up questions and strategic guidance as you execute your action plan. My role is to serve as a trusted thought partner, helping you challenge assumptions, evaluate tradeoffs, and make better product and business decisions as your company grows.
Package Terms * This package includes 6 hours of live 1:1 coaching, typically delivered as six 60-minute sessions. Sessions may also be combined into longer blocks by mutual agreement. * Before our first session, clients should complete a brief intake questionnaire and share any relevant materials (business summary, product overview, customer research, pitch deck, roadmap, or notes) at least 24 hours in advance. * Coaching is tailored to your startup’s stage, goals, and current challenges. Recommendations are strategic in nature; all business decisions and implementation remain the client’s responsibility. * Limited messaging support is included between scheduled sessions for brief follow-up questions, clarification, and accountability on agreed action items. * Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. * This package focuses on startup strategy, product development, customer discovery, AI product strategy, and early-stage go-to-market planning. It does not include legal, accounting, tax, investment, or regulatory advice.

Product Leader Turned AI Founder | Coaching Early-Stage Founders
Over the last 25+ years, I’ve built my career across engineering, enterprise consulting, product management, and startup entrepreneurship. I began as a software engineer, spent several years helping enterprise customers solve complex business and technology problems as a consultant, and then spent more than 15 years leading products and product strategy in the technology industry. Today, I’m the founder of an AI startup building agentic software for enterprise customers. I coach aspiring and early-stage founders who are navigating the realities of turning an idea into a business. Whether you’re evaluating a startup idea, conducting customer discovery, building an MVP, thinking through product strategy, exploring AI opportunities, or deciding whether to leave a stable career to pursue entrepreneurship, I can help you think through the tradeoffs and avoid common mistakes. What makes my perspective different is that I’m not teaching entrepreneurship from a textbook or from a startup exit that happened years ago. I’m actively building a company today while balancing the same challenges many founders face: product development, customer acquisition, fundraising decisions, personal finances, family responsibilities, and long-term career risk. My goal is to provide practical, honest guidance grounded in real-world experience rather than startup mythology.
