This package is delivered through three live 1:1 video coaching sessions, each tailored to your startup, business idea, or strategic challenge. Before our first session, I’ll ask you to share a brief overview of your business, target customers, and the key questions you’re trying to answer so we can maximize our time together. Our conversations are collaborative and practical, not a fixed curriculum or generic startup playbook. We’ll work through your assumptions, evaluate tradeoffs, challenge ideas where appropriate, and develop actionable next steps based on your specific situation. Between sessions, you’ll have limited messaging access for follow-up questions and clarification, ensuring you continue making progress as you apply what we’ve discussed. The goal is simple: help you make better founder decisions, reduce costly mistakes, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Package Terms * This package includes 3 hours of live 1:1 coaching, typically delivered as three 60-minute sessions. Session timing can be adjusted by mutual agreement. * Clients should complete a short intake questionnaire and share any relevant materials (idea summary, product overview, pitch deck, or notes) at least 24 hours before the first session. * Coaching is tailored to your specific goals and business context. Over the last 25+ years, I’ve built my career across engineering, enterprise consulting, product management, and startup entrepreneurship. I began as a software engineer, spent several years helping enterprise customers solve complex business and technology problems as a consultant, and then spent more than 15 years leading products and product strategy in the technology industry. Today, I’m the founder of an AI startup building agentic software for enterprise customers. I coach aspiring and early-stage founders who are navigating the realities of turning an idea into a business.
