About Spencer

Hi! I was a Senior Manager at Bain & Company, and I interviewed dozens of potential candidates from many different schools and backgrounds. I know what it takes to do well in management consulting. I also attended Harvard Business School and have helped many individuals get in as well. I didn't get in my first time applying to HBS, so I know what it's like to be rejected and try again with a different approach that worked! I'm a values-based person who wants to make a meaningful difference in the world. To really make a difference, I want to make sure I fully understand the people and issues around me before taking action or recommending a path forward. I want to get to know you and what's important to you so we can chart a path together that gets you to where you most deeply want to be! I'll be honest with you about the wonderful and difficult parts of my journey in management consulting, business school, and life overall. I'm excited to work with you!
