Welcome to my profile! With a Master of Technology from the University of Calcutta and extensive experience in AI and computer science education, I am passionate about helping individuals harness the power of AI in their careers. As an AI Response Evaluation Fellow at Handshake and an Instructor at Maven, I specialize in training professionals in Applied AI, software engineering, and human-AI communication. I won a performance award at Wizco for career coaching and another at Beyond Exam for early adoption of AI in marketing and content creation, both in 2023. I coached and mentored students for a career in software engineering. In 2022, I taught a summer-long software engineering bootcamp as an instructor; I got into career coaching to help my students outside my job duty as an instructor. I continue to update my AI knowledge and skills with courses from Stanford Online, MITx, and ColumbiaX. As an avid content creator with images featured on Unsplash 120X times and Pexels, I focus on human-AI communication and how creatives can harness the speed and processing power of AI without losing authorship and originality. My role as a Computer Science Tutor and Passion Project Counselor at Empowerly has allowed me to develop personalized learning plans that enhance student understanding and engagement. Whether you're looking to build AI skills or need guidance on AI-driven projects, I'm here to support your journey. Let's connect and explore how I can help you achieve your goals!

About Silali
I didn’t start with AI. I started with a simple frustration: smart people making good decisions — but getting inconsistent results. When AI entered the picture, that gap became impossible to ignore. Same tool. Same person. Different outcomes. That’s where I focused my work. I don’t approach AI as a “prompting” problem. I look at it as a thinking and structure problem — how context is framed, how feedback is given, and how outcomes are shaped over time. Over the past year, I’ve been developing what I call the AIgogy Framework™ — a practical way to make AI outputs more reliable, not just more impressive. From this work, I built Prompt Refiner™, a system that helps turn inconsistent AI interactions into structured, repeatable outcomes. Alongside this, I work as an AI Adoption Coach, helping people break into AI without getting lost in tools, noise, or conflicting advice. Outside of coaching, I spend a lot of time analyzing how people interact with AI in real workflows — not demos — and where things break down. Most of my insights come from observing patterns, not theory. I also serve as an Advisor for Women in Leadership, with a focus on AI-driven engagement. In 2023, I was recognized as a High Achiever Career Coach at Wizco and received a performance award for early adoption of AI in my role as Head of Marketing at a startup.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I’m interested in bringing order to systems that feel chaotic. All systems have entropy. But when it’s high, progress becomes inconsistent, unclear, and difficult to sustain. I’ve seen this not just with AI, but in how people approach decisions, workflows, and goals. Without structure, things drift. Effort increases, but outcomes don’t always follow. To me, coaching is about reducing that drift. It’s about helping someone clarify what matters, break it into actionable steps, and move forward in a way that is steady and repeatable. Whether it’s working with AI or navigating a broader challenge, the principle is the same: create enough structure so that progress becomes predictable, not accidental. I find that process — turning scattered effort into ordered progress — deeply meaningful.
