Hi, I'm Sid! Throughout my career, I've been passionate about helping people navigate uncertainty and make confident career decisions. From co-founding and leading the first consulting club at San Jose State University to working in Technology Risk and M&A consulting at Ernst & Young and Sellside Group, I've had the opportunity to mentor students, lead teams, and help others discover career paths that align with their strengths and goals. One reason I'm passionate about career coaching is that I've gone through several career transitions myself. I've explored consulting, technology, and business strategy. I am now pursuing a Master of Supply Chain Management at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business as I pivot into supply chain planning and operations. Through these experiences, I've learned how important it is to identify transferable skills, build a strong personal brand, and create a long-term plan rather than simply chasing the next job.
