About Siddhesh
Hi, I'm Sid! Throughout my career, I've been passionate about helping people navigate uncertainty and make confident career decisions. From co-founding and leading the first consulting club at San Jose State University to working in Technology Risk and M&A consulting at Ernst & Young and Sellside Group, I've had the opportunity to mentor students, lead teams, and help others discover career paths that align with their strengths and goals. One reason I'm passionate about career coaching is that I've gone through several career transitions myself. I've explored consulting, technology, and business strategy. I am now pursuing a Master of Supply Chain Management at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business as I pivot into supply chain planning and operations. Through these experiences, I've learned how important it is to identify transferable skills, build a strong personal brand, and create a long-term plan rather than simply chasing the next job. Whether you're trying to figure out what career path is right for you, strengthen your resume, prepare for interviews, improve your networking approach, or navigate a career transition, my goal is to help you gain clarity, build confidence, and take actionable steps toward your goals. I believe that careers are marathons, not sprints—and the best opportunities often come from having a clear strategy, a compelling story, and the confidence to pursue what excites you.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I know what it's like to feel uncertain about your career path. Early in my career, I wasn't sure where I wanted to end up. Through the guidance of mentors, I learned how to build my personal brand, develop a long-term vision, and create meaningful milestones to work toward. Their support gave me the confidence and direction I needed to make informed career decisions. To find the right path for myself, I invested significant time outside of work exploring different industries, earning certifications, completing projects, and conducting independent research. That journey ultimately led me to discover my passion for supply chain and operations—a field that combines strategy, analytics, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration to drive organizational success. Today, I coach because I want to help others gain the same clarity and confidence that mentorship provided me. Whether you're exploring career options, navigating a transition, or trying to define your long-term goals, my goal is to help you create a roadmap that aligns with your strengths, interests, and aspirations.
