10+ people coached for Career Coaching
I've spent over a decade leading and coaching teams inside fast-growing tech companies, from Director and Head of Product roles at organizations like American Express and Meta to advising early-stage founders. Along the way, coaching became the thread that ran through everything I did: I built onboarding and mentorship programs for new managers, ran career-planning sessions for dozens of team members, and helped leaders translate personal growth into real business outcomes using frameworks like OKRs. I know firsthand what it feels like to sit across from someone who's stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of their next move, because I've been that person's manager, mentor, and sounding board. My style is empathetic but direct: I'll ask the hard questions, help you get clear on what you actually want, and build a concrete plan to get there. Whether you're navigating a career pivot, aiming for your next promotion, or figuring out what's next, I bring both the tools of a trained coach and the real-world experience of someone who has hired, promoted, and developed people at every stage of their career.

About Shelly
I've been the woman in the middle of all of it. After 20 years in product and corporate leadership, I've navigated promotions, layoffs, burnout, career pivots, and the relentless pull of mom guilt. I know what it feels like to be capable, accomplished, and still completely stuck. My role is to help you get honest about what's actually holding you back and work through it at the root, together, not just manage around it. I've sat exactly where you're sitting, and I know the difference between advice that sounds good and guidance that actually moves you forward. Information alone doesn't change behavior. Mindset and action do. That's where we focus, on what's really going on underneath the surface, so the change you make actually sticks. If you're ready to stop feeling stuck and start moving with clarity, I'd love to work with you.
Why do I coach?
For most of my career, I was deep in product and operations leadership, and while I loved the work, there were seasons where I was just surviving. Along the way, I watched talented people get reduced to their output and their title, when what actually moved them forward had nothing to do with a metric or a launch. It was the moments I helped someone see what they were capable of, like the colleague who didn't think she was ready for a promotion until we worked on her narrative and she got it. Those moments lit something up in me that nothing else in my career did. That's why I became a coach: not because I had it all figured out, but because I've been on both sides, needing someone in my corner and later becoming that person for others. I'm energized by the moment something clicks for someone and they realize the answer was already in them; my job is just to help them access it.
