Maybe it's a resume that buries the achievements that actually matter. Maybe it's a networking approach that gets you conversations but never referrals. Maybe it's how you're answering the first interview question. Whatever it is, it's usually fixable, and it's usually invisible to you because you're the one doing it. That's what the Job Search Diagnosis is for. In this 30-minute, one-on-one live session, you'll walk a coach through your entire job search so far: what you've applied to, how you've been networking, what your interviews have looked like, where things have stalled. The coach isn't there to give you generic advice. They're there to find the specific one or two things that are quietly working against you and tell you exactly what they are. You'll leave the session knowing precisely what's been holding your search back, why it's been happening, and what to do differently starting now.

Think Like an Investor About Your Career Decisions
I’ve spent my career working at the intersection of operators, founders, and investors, which gives me a different lens on how careers actually evolve. Today, I’m a Managing Director and General Manager at Exit Consulting Group, advising founder-led businesses on growth, positioning, and M&A. Prior to that, I helped build and scale companies within AAA’s venture studio, and earlier in my career I worked in private equity, acquisitions, and consulting. I’ve seen how hiring, promotion, and compensation decisions get made from both the operator and investor side. Most of the people I work with are not trying to fix a resume. They are trying to make better decisions. Whether it’s choosing between opportunities, repositioning for a more senior role, or thinking through a transition, I focus on helping you evaluate tradeoffs, understand how you are being perceived, and position yourself for long-term upside. My approach is grounded in real-world experience and pattern recognition across many different situations, not generic frameworks.
