Why do I coach?
Helping people achieve their goals gives me a tremendous sense of self-worth and career satisfaction. I often hear from people I've coached who want to tell me about a personal and professional success and how my coaching was instrumental in helping them achieve it. My father was a great Law Professor, and I have inherited his teaching genes.
