Before I became a coach, I spent 15 years in data and strategy consulting, most recently at Slalom Consulting, where I led Data & AI for the Great Lakes region. I scaled an enterprise AI practice from 3 to 26 consultants and delivered programs for Fortune 500 and public-sector clients.
