Welcome to my profile! With over a decade of experience in building and leading successful startups, I bring a wealth of knowledge to aspiring product managers. As a Co-Founder and CEO of Smart Rhino Labs, I led the company to a successful acquisition, and later, as Head of Product at Randall Reilly, I played a key role in scaling the company to a valuation of over $1 billion. Currently, I mentor students at BYU's Sandbox Program, guiding them in launching their own software startups. My hands-on experience in product development and strategic growth equips me to help you navigate the complexities of product management. About Scott
I've been involved with dozens of early stage technology businesses as a Co-Founder, Advisor, Investor, Board Member. A select handful of those have grown into really incredible businesses that were acquired and many others are still in the trenches figuring out their path. I am technical enough to be dangerous but have often been the Product or Sales leader on the team.
Why do I coach?
I've been really fortunate to have worked with and worked for talented product and engineering folks during my adult life. Coaching people getting started at the early stage is something really rewarding for me personally.
