About Sarah
I’m an MD student at Harvard Medical School who loves helping future physicians find their path. I’ve mentored first‑gen and low‑income students at Yale, interviewed Yale College applicants, and now support both first‑year medical students and pre‑meds as they navigate classes, applications, and big decisions. I focus on meeting students where they are, helping them tell their stories with confidence, and offering clear, honest guidance every step of the way. If you’re looking for a coach who’s supportive, down‑to‑earth, and genuinely invested in your success, I’m excited to work with you.
Why do I coach?
I coach because I know how transformative the right support can be. Mentors helped me find confidence, direction, and a clear path into medicine—and I love being that person for others. Guiding students through big decisions, helping them tell their stories, and watching them reach goals they once thought were out of reach is incredibly meaningful to me. Coaching lets me give back, uplift future physicians, and make the journey a little easier and a lot less stressful.
